Design & Consultation Process
At Viking we offer our customers the opportunity to join us, in a collaborative Design & Consultation session.
These sessions are an opportunity to bring your printed packaging ideas to life, as we work with your team in real-time, to refine your artwork and create the packaging design you’ve envisioned.
Before approaching these sessions, we’d recommend having artwork around a 50% completed stage. This then allows us to dive straight into refining your design and accelerate the process toward near completion.
From here, we’ll schedule a time that suits both your team, and ours, to join a video call, where we can discuss and make adjustments to your artwork, live.
Our goal would be to conclude your D&C Session, with either a finalised design, or a few near final options. If options are provided, it would then be up to you and your team to decide upon which design you’d like to lock in as your finalised choice.
If you select a design but require further adjustments, simply book another D&C meeting or send through the revision requests, and we’ll work at finalising your design.
We’ve found that these D&C Sessions eliminate the traditional back-and-forth of email and phone communication, resulting in a more streamlined, efficient design process.
Our customers see the clear value of being able to instantly evaluate and critique what works and what needs improvement, within their artwork.
