Printing your Vacuum Packaging at Viking

Partnering with your supplier of your printed packaging can be a simple and easy process.

At Viking, we’re proud to offer to our customers, locally printed packaging, and by locally, we mean the packaging is made at Viking Head Office in Epping, VIC.

To help you better understand the process of how your packaging goes from plain tubing to printed on a roll, here’s a step-by-step of the process:

1. Decide on bag configurations, size & design

Once you have submitted your design high-res pdf or ai file, we will help you decide on the appropriate size and seal configuration.

2. Review and Approve

Once our Artwork Team finalises your design and makes it print-ready, you will be sent a unique link to Filestage, where you will be able to see your design come to life!

From here you will approve your design and place your order.

3. Scheduling

After your artwork and order quantities have been confirmed, we will schedule in your print job on-site.

If you have a tight deadline, this is when you need to tell us, this allows us to schedule your production in a time that allows for us to give your bags the care it needs.

4. Conversion

Post-printing, your bags move to our on-site converting facility to convert into shrink material.

We have a large team of dedicated staff for this converting, allowing us to deliver on high volume orders with the quality control your bags deserve.

The conversion is also completed at our Head Office Epping, VIC location.
