Simply start the process by submitting your existing/new design to our Artwork team, but before you do, ensure you’ve taken into account these key points:
Artwork File
Ensure your artwork file is a High Resolution Print-Ready PDF or an Adobe Illustrator AI. file type
Colours
Keep your design sharp with a maximum of 8 colours
Guarantee Colour Matching with Pantones
Ensure precision by including Pantones for exact colour matching.
Our Artwork team can colour match, however having your Pantones available guarantees spot-on accuracy for branding consistency.

Once your artwork has gone through approval, the printing begins!
Artwork Approval
Once you’ve sent through your artwork, our Artwork Team will take action, preparing your artwork and then uploading to Filestage for your review.
Share your feedback through Filestage, and our Artwork Team will fine-tune your artwork accordingly.
When you’re confident your artwork is ready to hit the printing press, simply hit ‘Approve.’
Filestage is an online software that reduces review rounds and allows for smoother artwork approvals with all feedback listed identified so nothing slips through the cracks.
Collaborating with our Graphics & Artwork team, you will be provided with unique links relating to your artwork designs, allowing you to tap to make comments, discuss feedback in threads and attach references for important assets.
Confirm Order Quantity
Confirm quantities with our Customer Service Team.
From there, we progress your print job into production. Our skilled production team will schedule your print run in the printing schedule, keeping you in the loop on when your job is underway at our Epping Victoria production facility.
Converting
Once your print run is complete, they will be transferred into our converting room.
Your bags are converted into shrink material, cut to length and packed to your exact specifications.
With precision and speed, they’re dispatched and on their way to you, leaving our door and heading straight to yours.
Printed packaging doesn’t have to be complicated, once you’ve confirmed your packaging material the printed process is quite simple, working with our experienced graphics team will ensure your bag is printed & converted to perfection at our Production Facility in Epping, VIC.
