Faced with the challenges of a clear labour shortage and efforts to protect cash flow stunting growth, Dave Funnell of Chop Butchery / Sydney Wholesale Meats was looking for a way to alleviate this, whilst simultaneously expanding operations.

Sydney Wholesale Meats is the wholesale arm of the business, supplying freshly processed meat to restaurants, pubs, clubs and supermarkets all over New South Wales daily.

 

As part of their offering, at their Head Office at Richmond, is the opportunity for the public to access the same high quality meat at wholesale prices.

 

With the intention to continue to grow their operations all over New South Wales, Dave found Viking Hire to be an natural fit for his business, allowing him to hire his equipment for a long-term period, and protect his cash flow to focus on other areas of the business and open multiple sites.
