The Viking Double Action Burger & Portion Former has heavy duty hardened gears, produces 70 units per minute and is operated using a pneumatic foot controlled pedal which allows the operator to have both hands free at all times.

Standard with large 40lt Hopper & extended 1000mm conveyor.
